Privacy statement

Skyldum.frl only processes the details you enter yourself in a booking request, plus an anonymous visitor count without cookies. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

What data

For a booking request we ask for your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates and number of guests, plus an optional message. This information is needed to handle your request.

Purpose

We use your data solely to answer your booking request and arrange the stay. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed for our records and deleted afterwards.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics that follow you personally.

Visitor statistics

We count visits anonymously, without cookies and without storing your IP address. We only keep the page viewed, the language, the referring website, the device type (mobile or desktop) and a counter code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. We keep this for at most 13 months, purely to see how the site is used.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. To do so, email info@skyldum.frl.
